The goods prices shown on our pages are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT (currently 20%) with the exception of books and printed matter which are currently zero rated.
Although we endeavour to maintain the prices listed we reserve the right to change them without notice.
Customers resident outside the EU will be charged without VAT.
Trade customers within the EU can buy from us VAT free, please contact us on sales@jj0.uk or phone for further details on how to register as a trade customer. We would need your VAT number and full trading address to be able to set up a trade account so please have these ready when you call.
All payments will be processed in pounds sterling.
Post and packing charges are dependant on order value and weight. See below for full details.
At the time of order. We do not offer credit and goods will only be despatched upon receipt of full payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, JCB and PayPal. We cannot accept Solo for mail order transactions.
First Order:-First orders can only be supplied to the registered card address. This is for your protection, it is a requirement of credit card facility providers for the protection of customers and fraud prevention and is in-line with industry standards.
Full payment for your web order is taken at the time the order is placed. Payment for telephone orders is taken at the time the order is invoiced. Please see below for our policy when items are out of stock.
Payment details are entered through a secure site provided by WorldPay.
We do not store any customer financial information on our web-site or any other of our systems.
Most orders are sent out within one working day of being received.
It can take up to 3 working days after the day the order was placed for the order to be sent.
Custom items and large wholesale orders may take up to seven days.
If an order will not be ready for despatch within three working days of the date the order was placed we will contact you, by phone or email, to inform you of any potential delay as soon as we become aware of any potential hold up.
Orders are processed in strict order of when they are received – we do not upgrade processing if a faster delivery service has been selected, we endeavour to send all orders out as quickly as we possibly can.
Ooops? We all have those moments when we forget the most important thing and we need it yesterday – let us know, by phone or email, making sure to quote the name the order is in and the order number and we will do what we can to help.
For UK destinations – including Channel Islands and BFPO – we have a simple choice of postage options.

Please note that the postal charge is applied according to the value of the order before any Offer Discounts are applied. We are charged by weight, which does not get less if the order value decreases.

Special Delivery – Exceptions to the ‘next day’ rule are deliveries to Sark and Herm. Please see the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com for current information on Special Delivery guarantees for these areas.
Please note we deal with all orders in strict rotation and do not offer a priority service.
Subject to current Debit/Credit card restrictions for fraud prevention, and the availability of a suitable (protected) postal service in the place of receipt we can despatch to most worldwide destinations.
Orders in excess of 2kg in weight will incur an extra postage charge of no more than 15% of the total value of your order. If your order exceeds this weight we will notify you of the extra charges by email and will not proceed until you have agreed the extra charges.
Insurance – At checkout you will have the option to choose insured delivery for an extra £6. This will cover your parcels for loss or damage in transit and we would recommend this option for any items of value. The order is also tracked, and requires a signature when it arrives, so it is more likely to get to you safely.

If, having placed your order, you remember that you need to add extra item/s to your web order, we are able to do this ONLY if your order has not already been packed. To add extra items please contact us by phone as soon as possible after placing the initial order, giving your name, the order number, and full details of the item/s you would like adding. Please be sure to have your card details to hand so that we can take payment for the additional items.
If the initial order has already been packed any additions will be treated as a new order.
If you have been given Gift Vouchers you can use them against your web order. To do this enter your order in the usual way on the system; when you receive your confirmation of order email reply to it stating that you have gift vouchers and list the amount and code of each voucher that you have. The total amount of the vouchers will then be refunded to the card or Paypal account you used when placing the order at the time of processing.
The majority of orders are despatched within one working day of receipt, however this can be longer at very busy times. If your order will take more than 3 working days to despatch we will contact you.
Special requests custom kits and large wholesale quantities can take up to seven days.
Please ensure when entering your contact details that we have a reliable telephone number or email contact for you so that we can address any queries promptly.
Although we endeavour to keep the web-site fully updated and only advertise goods for sale that are in-stock, occasionally periods of high demand may lead to a delay between an item selling out and being removed from the web-site.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will try to contact you by phone and/or email to see if you would like an alternative. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will send the order without the out of stock items, refunding to your card or PayPal account the value of the out of stock items along with any refundable postage. This is to ensure that the orders are not delayed for more than a day due to an item going out of stock. We do not hold back orders for out of stock items.
You may return any unsuitable items within 14 days of invoice date. All returns must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please also enclose a note explaining the reason for the return together with your name, invoice number, address and telephone number. We will also need to know whether you wish the value of the returned items to be credited to your account against future orders, or to be refunded to you.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable as this part of our service to you has been completed.
Gift vouchers can be purchased via the mail order office on the number below or at the shop but cannot at present be purchased through the website. Gift vouchers are available in £2; £5; £10 and £20 denominations and can be exchanged at the shop, at shows we attend around the UK, and against mail order transactions. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
